Agioi Anargyri Beach
The beach of Agioi Anargyri is the largest and one of the most famous beaches in Spetses. Located on the south-western part of the island, the organized beach contains a mixture of sand and pebbles and is ideal for water sports, such as water-skiing and windsurfing. You may also rent a motor boat from there and visit other beaches nearby.
Agia Marina Beach
Agia Marina is a cosmopolitan beach on the south-eastern part of Spetses, that took its name from the church that nestles on the edge of the beach surrounded by pine and cypress trees. For most of its part, it is a sandy beach with few pebbles mingling with the sand towards the sea. It is fully organized, providing the bathers with umbrellas and sun loungers, beach bars, taverns, and all the facilities for water sports.
Garyfallos Beach
Very close to Porto Vecchio Luxury Suites and the settlement of Pityousa, in Garyfallos bay, this small, pebbly beach is a secluded one, offering its visitors crystal clear waters and a serene environment to recharge your batteries. Keep in mind that Garyfallos is not an organized beach and you have to get down some stairs to arrive there, but it will reward you with its picturesque surroundings, small cliffs and rocky seabed.
Bouboulina’s Museum
The 300-year-old mansion of Laskarina-Bouboulina, a famous female admiral of the 1821 Greek war of Independence, has been established as a museum in 1992 and it displays an extensive collection of weaponry, old books, paintings, gravures, letters of the Greek Revolution, and many personal objects of the heroine. The old mansion is located at the center of the island, just a few steps from the port of Dapia; it has has a large hall, an impressive carved ceiling and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. A visit there will travel you back in time and reveal to you the rich history of the island and the whole country.
